These powders are thrown towards the work and are attracted by it, so all you have to do is apply glue to the work and then sprinkle the velvet powder on it with the device. The base of the powder fibers sinks into the glue, and these fibers, due to their static electricity, stand upright in the glue. Therefore, a uniform and prominent layer is created in the glue, which is completely similar to velvet fabric.
